This controler can be used as a locator or processing controler. As a positioner, it can locate valve by setting valve. As a processing controller, MPU will receive signal from control unit by comparing setting value of valve with Actual position of valve, through PID controlalgorithm, pricessing controller will drive valve to exact position of valve.
The controller is composed of MPU, detection unit of control signal, position detection, LCD display, kerboard, piezoelectrics valve, etc.
Applications:
Intelligent fluid controller(valve positioner) is mainly used in fluid processing control system, it can control flow rate of valve, feedback of valve position.
It can be installed on different valves, such as diaphragm valve, divert valve, angle seat valve, butterfly valve, ball valve etc.
It can be applied in pharmaceuticals, water treatment, food processing, beer, beverage and fine chemical industries.
