Technical Specifications:
This controller can be used as a locator or processing controller.
As a positioner, it can locate valve position by setting value.
As a processing controller, MPU will receive signal from control unit by comparing setting position value of valve with Actual positin of valve, through PID control algorithm, Processing controller will drive valve to exact target position of valve.
The controller is composed of MPU, detection unit of control signal, position detection, LCD display, key board, piezoelectrics valve,etc.
Applications:
This controller is mainly used in all kinds of fluid process control and flow control system.
IL-TOP-S can be installed to alll kinds of Angular Travel actuators, such as pneumatic butterfly valve, ball valve, gate valve, globe valve etc. suitable for flow control fo pneumatic valve.
